Vietnamese product pages often use the term độ rộng, while technical sizing discussions may also use nominal width. This is the width of the condom when laid flat and is normally given in millimetres.
Body girth or chu vi is different. Girth is the complete circumference around the erect shaft. A 52 mm condom does not mean a 52 mm penis circumference.

49 mm is a current close-fitting example in Vietnam. Durex Kingtex is listed at 49 mm, while Okamoto Vietnam's sizing guide uses 49 ±2 mm as a Small reference.
A width around 49 mm can be worth comparing if common 52–53 mm products repeatedly feel loose or move too much. It should still roll down properly and remain comfortable.
52 mm is one of the most visible current width references on Vietnamese brand pages. Durex Invisible products use 52 mm, and Okamoto Vietnam uses 52 ±2 mm as a Regular / Standard reference.
This width sits clearly in the mainstream zone of the current local market, but it is not a guaranteed fit for every person.

Current Vietnamese product pages show many options at either 52 mm or 52.5 mm. These widths are close enough to sit in the same broad mainstream zone, but they are still distinct technical measurements.
If you already know that one product fits securely and comfortably, use its exact width as your baseline before switching to another brand or design.
Moving from 52 mm to 56 mm adds 4 mm of flat nominal width. That is a meaningful technical difference, especially when product shape and material are otherwise similar.
But the number is not the whole story. Durex 001 at 55 mm uses a different material construction from standard latex products, so a 55 mm product may not feel exactly like a latex condom of the same width.
