Номінальна ширина means nominal width. It is the width of the condom when it is laid flat and is normally stated in millimetres. This is the clearest technical number for comparing one condom with another.
Penis girth is different. Girth or circumference is measured all the way around the erect shaft. A 56 mm condom does not mean a 56 mm body circumference.
Keep body circumference and flat product width as separate measurements.

A 52 mm width may be worth comparing if standard products around 56 mm repeatedly feel loose or move too much. It should still roll down correctly and remain comfortable rather than painfully restrictive.

“Standard” is a product category, not one fixed technical width. Durex Ukraine currently labels Invisible Extra Lube at 54 ±2 mm as Standard, while Classic and many other Standard products are 56 ±2 mm.
This makes the exact millimetre value more useful than the category label. If you already have a condom that fits well, record its nominal width before changing products.
