Nominal genişlik means nominal width: the condom’s flat width, normally shown in millimetres. It is one of the most useful technical specifications on Turkish condom product pages.
It is not the wearer’s penis circumference and it is not total condom length. A 52 mm condom is 52 mm across when laid flat; that number should not be interpreted as a 52 mm body-girth recommendation.
OKEY’s current sizing content uses the phrase temsili genişlik in general-size examples, while individual OKEY products usually publish nominal width directly. Durex Türkiye consistently publishes nominal width alongside fit labels.
Turkish product pages use a mix of Turkish and English fit language. OKEY uses descriptions such as dar kalıp and büyük boy XL. Durex Türkiye uses Slim Fit, Standart Fit and Geniş Fit.
These labels overlap but do not represent one fixed national width. For example, OKEY Zero XL is 56 mm, while Durex Yok Ötesi XL is 57 mm. Durex also calls both 54 mm and 56 mm products “Standart Fit” in current listings.
OKEY is one of the most useful Turkey-specific brands for size comparison because its current product pages publish widths directly. The range provides a clear narrow-to-large ladder.

OKEY’s own general size guide also gives a simplified size reference: small around 49 mm and medium around 52 mm. That general guide is useful for orientation, but actual product pages should be used for exact current specifications.
Durex Türkiye currently publishes a broad set of widths with explicit fit labels. The most useful current ladder is 52 mm Slim Fit, 54–56 mm Standart Fit, and 57 mm Geniş Fit / XL.

Yes. Current Turkish-market examples clearly place 49 mm in the narrow-fit category. OKEY Zero Slim Fit and OKEY Sımsıkı are both 49 mm.
OKEY’s current size guide also uses 49 mm as the representative small-width example. If mainstream 52–53 mm products repeatedly slip despite correct application, 49 mm can be a useful narrower comparison.
Do not choose a smaller condom simply because tighter feels safer. The condom should remain secure without painful restriction.
52 mm is one of the most common current Turkish-market widths, particularly across OKEY. OKEY Zero, Ultra Hisset, Sıcak Temas and multiple other products are currently published at 52 mm.
Durex Türkiye also uses 52 mm for Yok Ötesi Slim Fit, but labels that product Slim Fit rather than standard. This is another example of why exact millimetres matter more than the marketing word.
53 mm is a useful middle comparison point in Turkey. OKEY Nirvana is currently 53 mm, and this width sits close to the common 52 mm OKEY range and Durex’s 54 mm standard examples.
If 52 mm feels slightly restrictive but 54 mm feels slightly roomy, a 53 mm product may be useful to compare. Material and shape can still affect the result.
Durex Türkiye currently labels multiple 54 mm products as Standart Fit, including Yok Ötesi Ekstra His and Yok Ötesi Ultra Kaygan.
This makes 54 mm an important Durex standard reference in Turkey. However, Durex also labels 56 mm products such as Klasik and Extreme as Standart Fit, so even one brand’s “standard” category can span more than one width.
It can be either, depending on the brand. Durex Türkiye currently uses 56 mm for standard-fit products including Klasik, Extreme, Intense and Gerçek Dokunuş. OKEY currently uses 56 mm for Zero XL, described as a large-size XL product.
This is the strongest Turkey-specific example of label inconsistency. A person switching from a 56 mm Durex standard condom to OKEY Zero XL is not necessarily moving wider; they may be keeping roughly the same nominal width despite the larger-sounding label.
Durex Türkiye currently lists Yok Ötesi XL at 57 mm nominal width and labels it Geniş Fit. Durex’s current Turkish size content also uses 57 mm as an XL reference.
This makes 57 mm a practical current wide / XL comparison point in Turkey. The step from 56 to 57 mm is small, so real fit, shape and material can matter as much as the one-millimetre width difference.
Current Turkey examples move from 49 mm narrow-fit products through 52–56 mm mainstream widths to 57 mm wide / XL products.
OKEY 49 mm products and Durex 52 mm Slim Fit define the narrower Turkey zone.

Penis girth and condom width are different measurements. Girth is the full circumference around the erect penis. Nominal width is the product measured flat.
OKEY’s current general size guide illustrates this distinction by giving representative width and mouth-diameter figures for small and medium condoms. Durex Türkiye also maintains measurement and fit guidance around Slim, Standard and Wide fits.
Do not force one universal formula onto every Turkish product. Use your measurement with the current manufacturer guide and real-world fit.

If your current condom fits well, record its exact nominal width before switching brands. That number gives you a better baseline than the product’s category label.
For example, if a 52 mm OKEY Zero fits well, a 52 mm Durex Slim Fit is a more controlled technical comparison than moving directly to a 56 mm Durex standard product. If a 56 mm Durex fits well, OKEY Zero XL is technically close even though the word XL sounds larger.
Then compare material, thickness and shape. A 56 mm latex product may not feel identical to 56 mm Durex Gerçek Dokunuş because that product is polyisoprene and latex-free.

Durex products also use easy-on or smooth shapes. A condom can therefore feel different even when the nominal width is close.
If the base feels secure but another part feels restrictive, compare shape before automatically moving to a much wider size.
Durex Gerçek Dokunuş is a current Turkey-market non-latex example at 56 mm nominal width. The official Durex Türkiye page describes it as polyisoprene and suitable for people sensitive to latex.
Material can change perceived stretch and feel. If you switch from latex to non-latex, keep the width near your successful baseline first and adjust only if real fit consistently indicates a need.
A suitable condom should unroll correctly, remain secure and avoid painful restriction. A condom that repeatedly slips or bunches despite correct application may be too wide. Repeated painful constriction can justify checking a nearby wider width.
One failed application is not enough to diagnose a size problem. Confirm orientation, full unrolling, expiry, package condition and lubricant compatibility too.

Current Durex Türkiye product pages instruct users to store condoms away from sunlight in a dry place, check the expiry date, open the wrapper carefully, squeeze the tip, place it on the erect penis and roll it down to the base.

If a 52 mm condom feels almost right but repeatedly restrictive after correct application, compare 53 or 54 mm before jumping directly to 56 or 57 mm. Small changes help you identify whether width is actually the source of the problem.
If a 56 mm product repeatedly slips despite correct use, compare a nearby narrower width such as 54 or 53 mm and recheck your erect circumference. A large jump from 56 to 49 mm is usually unnecessary unless measurement and repeated fit signs point clearly toward a much narrower product.
