Condoms sold in Chile can be described with terms such as regular, clásico, grande, extra grande, delgado, anatómico or other product-specific wording.
Those descriptions may tell you something about the range, but they do not replace the actual width specification.
A narrower option within a manufacturer's range. Always verify the millimetre measurement.

Ancho nominal is the nominal width of the condom. It measures straight across the flexible condom when the product is laid flat.
A product marked 52 mm has a flat nominal width of 52 millimetres. A 56 mm product is therefore 4 mm wider when you compare the same measurement type.
That does not mean a person with a 112 mm penis girth must use 56 mm. Body girth and product width are different measurements.

Penis girth is measured around the erect shaft as circumference. Condom nominal width is measured across a flattened condom.
Both can be written in millimetres, but that does not make the measurements interchangeable.
Keep those values clearly labelled when comparing sizes.
Measure while fully erect. Use a flexible measuring tape around the shaft for girth without pulling so tightly that it significantly compresses the tissue.
Measure erect length separately and record both values with their units.

The physical measurement units can be compared directly, but the exact products and marketing categories available in Chile can differ from those sold in the United States.
If one Chilean product states 52 mm and a US product also states 52 mm nominal width, the headline flat-width numbers match. Their shape, material and product length can still be different.
Millimetres remain millimetres regardless of country, so nominal width is useful for international comparison.
What can differ is the product range, packaging, category name, material and shape.
