A MyONE FitCode combines a width number with a length letter. For example, 53H uses a 53 mm nominal width with an approximately 181 mm condom length.
The biggest difference between Trojan and MyONE is not simply that one brand has smaller or larger condoms.
The two brands use different approaches to sizing.
Trojan sells individual condom models with set dimensions and shapes. Trojan Original, for example, uses a 53 mm straight nominal width. Magnum Original, on the other hand, uses a 55 mm base and widens through the body.
MyONE Custom Fit builds the sizing system around separate width and length choices.

MyONE currently offers nine width numbers. These numbers correspond to the condom's nominal lay-flat width in millimetres.
Trojan Original therefore overlaps with the MyONE system at approximately 53 mm nominal width.
But that does not mean every MyONE 53 condom is identical to Trojan Original. A MyONE 53 FitCode may use a substantially shorter length than Trojan Original depending on its letter.
MyONE FitCodes combine a Girth Number with a Length Letter.
The number corresponds to condom nominal width. The letter represents the condom-length option available within that width family.

MyONE uses a size code that looks different from traditional condom labels.
A code such as 53H contains two pieces of information:
The number corresponds to an approximately 53 mm lay-flat condom width.
For the current 53H size, the listed average condom length is approximately 181 mm or about 7 inches.
Another person could use the same 53 mm width but require a shorter 53F or 53G length.
That is the central advantage of a width-and-length sizing system: the correct width does not force everyone into the same condom length.
Trojan Original and the MyONE 53 width family both use an approximately 53 mm nominal width.
However, their length systems differ considerably.

Two condoms can have the same 53 mm nominal width while having very different lengths. Width and length are separate fit dimensions.
Traditional condom ranges often bundle width and length into one product. MyONE's FitCode system allows more combinations.
MyONE can be substantially smaller than Trojan Original in both width and length—but it can also be larger.
The narrowest current MyONE width is approximately 45 mm, compared with 53 mm for Trojan Original.
That is an eight-millimetre reduction in nominal width.
MyONE also offers condoms as short as approximately 120 mm, whereas Trojan Original is around 170–190 mm.
For someone who finds regular condoms loose, long or prone to bunching, MyONE's smaller combinations provide substantially different dimensions from a standard Trojan.
It can be.
MyONE's current wide end includes nominal widths of 57 mm, 60 mm and 64 mm.
Trojan Original is 53 mm, so all three are wider at the base than the classic Trojan.
However, a comparison with Magnum is more complicated because Magnum condoms are shaped.
Magnum Original is only 55 mm at the base but expands to approximately 62 mm through the mid-body. MyONE measurements are primarily expressed by their nominal width rather than using Trojan's separate base/mid-body chart.
The MyONE 55 width family and Magnum Original share an approximately 55 mm nominal/base width.
But Magnum Original is flared, widening to about 62 mm at the middle.
MyONE 55 is available in multiple length combinations from approximately 132 mm through 194 mm.
That means someone focused on a 55 mm lower-width measurement has very different choices:

Magnum Raw currently uses approximately 57 mm at the base and widens to about 60 mm through the mid-body.
MyONE also offers a 57 mm nominal-width family.
The difference is that MyONE 57 comes in multiple lengths ranging from approximately 132 mm through 207 mm.
A 57 mm number therefore does not make the products interchangeable. Magnum Raw has a tapered/flared shape, while the MyONE sizing system focuses on selecting a specific nominal width and length combination.
A 60 mm nominal-width MyONE condom is clearly wider than Trojan Original's 53 mm base.
The MyONE 60 family is currently available across several lengths from approximately 144 mm to 220 mm.
That allows someone to pair a wide 60 mm condom with a moderate or longer length rather than accepting one fixed wide-condom length.
Magnum Raw and Magnum BareSkin reach approximately 60 mm through their mid-body, but their base is narrower at approximately 57 mm.

These numbers show how differently the two sizing systems describe wide condoms.
MyONE 64 presents one nominal-width family with multiple length choices, including lengths from about 144 mm to 235 mm.
Magnum XL instead has a tapered/flared shape with a narrower base and roomier body.
Someone deciding between these products should therefore consider both body girth and where extra room is needed—not just which package uses the larger number.

Traditional condom sizing often links a wider width with a longer condom and a narrower width with a shorter condom.
Real anatomy does not always follow that pattern.

Measure first and receive a FitCode combining a nominal-width number with a length letter.
They share approximately the same nominal width, but they should not be described as identical products.

MyONE has combinations at approximately 120 mm, 132 mm, 144 mm, 156 mm and 168 mm before reaching the 181 mm H length.
Someone who likes a common width such as 53 mm but experiences substantial excess material at the base can therefore compare shorter options without necessarily moving to a narrower width.
MyONE also extends beyond classic Trojan Original on the long end.
The widest MyONE families can include lengths around 207 mm, 220 mm and up to approximately 235–237 mm.
Trojan's Magnum line also provides longer condoms, with several products reaching approximately 190–210 mm.
The main difference remains flexibility: MyONE pairs those longer lengths with selected width numbers rather than limiting them to one Magnum shape.
They share nominal width, but length and other product characteristics can differ.
The letter is a major part of the FitCode and should not be treated as decorative.
Custom sizing exists partly because width and length do not always increase together.
Magnum uses shaped measurements, so base and body widths should both be considered.
Penis circumference and lay-flat condom width are different measurements.
A condom that is too wide can become loose or slip, even if it feels roomy.
