This MyONE Condom Size Chart explains the current Custom Fit® FitCode system: a Girth Number for nominal width plus a Length Letter for condom length. Review all 52 current FitCodes, widths from 45–64 mm, length letters C–M, measuring instructions, and practical fit guidance before choosing a MyONE size.
MyONE® Custom Fit® uses a size code called a FitCode. Instead of putting everyone into only small, regular or large categories, the code separates condom width from condom length. The number is the Girth Number and corresponds to the condom's nominal flat width in millimetres. The letter identifies the product length.
For example, FitCode 53H combines a 53 mm nominal width with the H length. In the current official chart, H corresponds to an average condom length of 181 mm, or about 7.0 inches. FitCode 64M combines the widest width currently listed on the US chart—64 mm—with the longest M length, listed at 235 mm or about 9.3 inches.
This two-part system matters because penis length and girth are independent measurements. Someone may need a shorter condom but more width, or a longer condom with a relatively snug width. MyONE's matrix creates only the combinations it currently manufactures rather than every mathematically possible pairing.
The number identifies nominal width: 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, 57, 60 or 64 mm.
The current length sequence uses C, D, E, F, G, H, J, K, L and M.

MyONE recommends measuring erect girth and length before getting a FitCode.
The Girth Number in a MyONE FitCode corresponds to the condom's nominal width. Nominal width is the condom measured flat across its body. It is different from penis girth, which is circumference around the erect shaft.
The current official US chart ranges from 45 mm at the snug end to 64 mm at the wide end. The nine listed widths are 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55, 57, 60 and 64 mm. For a general explanation of nominal width, see our Condom Width Chart.

MyONE currently uses ten Length Letters. The sequence starts at C and goes through M while skipping I. ONE's current chart says C is the shortest available length at about 4.7 inches, while M is the longest at about 9.3 inches.
The letter does not tell you width. A 53F and 64F share the F length but have very different nominal widths. Likewise, 64E and 64M share the same 64 mm width but differ significantly in product length.

The number tells you nominal width; the letter tells you product length.
The table below reproduces the current FitCode combinations listed in ONE's official MyONE Custom Fit size chart, while calculating the inch equivalent of nominal width directly from the millimetre value. Average condom lengths follow the current official chart.
Notice that some width numbers stop at shorter letters and wider widths extend to longer letters. For example, the current 45 mm range includes C, D and E, while the 64 mm range runs from E through M. That is why the system offers 52 current combinations rather than every possible width-letter pairing.

MyONE's current measuring instructions say to measure with a firm erection. For length, the brand instructs users to measure along the top side from the pubic area to the tip, according to how they want the condom to sit. For girth, it says to wrap the measuring tape gently—not tightly—around the thickest part of the erection.
If you only have a ruler, MyONE suggests using a piece of paper: mark the length or circumference on the paper, then measure the marked paper with the ruler. The brand also notes that you can take several girth measurements along the shaft and calculate an average.

ONE's current fit guidance describes a suitable condom as long enough to cover the shaft from base to tip, but not so long that excess latex hangs at the tip or bunches heavily at the base. Around the shaft, it should be snug enough to stay in place without being so tight that it causes discomfort, squeezing or erection loss.
MyONE says its recommendations choose a condom length slightly longer than measured penis length and a condom circumference slightly tighter than penis circumference. Because comfort preferences vary, the brand also encourages trying nearby sample sizes.
A few examples make the FitCode system easier to understand. 53H uses the 53 mm width and 181 mm / 7.0-inch H length. 55H keeps the H length but adds 2 mm of nominal width. 57J increases both width and length, pairing 57 mm with 194 mm / 7.5 inches. 64M sits at the wide and long end of the current US matrix, with 64 mm nominal width and 235 mm / 9.3-inch average length.
This illustrates why comparing MyONE by only one number can be misleading. The same width can be paired with different lengths, and the same length can be offered across different widths.
ONE's current size guide describes a typical standard condom as roughly 7 inches long with a nominal width around 53 mm. MyONE expands around that centre by offering both narrower/wider widths and shorter/longer lengths. The purpose is not that everyone needs a custom size; many people use standard condoms successfully. The wider matrix is aimed at people who experience slipping, squeezing, bunching, excess length or other fit problems.

The current US ONE/MyONE chart lists nine Girth Numbers from 45 through 64 mm and 52 FitCodes. Some regional ONE sites list additional 69 mm MyONE combinations. This means a chart found online may differ depending on country or market.
