Nominální šířka means nominal width. It is the condom's width when laid flat and is usually shown in millimetres. This is one of the clearest technical numbers for comparing condom size.
Penis girth is different. Girth or obvod is the complete circumference around the erect shaft. A 56 mm condom does not mean a 56 mm penis circumference.
Use circumference for the body and nominal width for the product.
No single consumer width defines every “standard” condom sold in the Czech Republic. Current Czech listings show this clearly. PEPINO Satisfaction uses 53 mm nominal width, while Durex Classic uses 56 mm and is also described as standard size.
That does not mean one brand is wrong. Brand ranges, shape and material differ. The exact nominal width is therefore more useful than assuming “standard” means one fixed number.

PEPINO is a Czech condom brand with official Czech product pages that publish nominal width. PEPINO Extra Thin and Pleasure are currently listed at 52 mm, while PEPINO Satisfaction is listed at 53 mm.

“Standardní velikost” is a brand category rather than one fixed Czech national width. Current official pages show PEPINO Satisfaction at 53 mm and Durex Classic at 56 mm.
This is why comparing actual width is more useful than comparing the word “standard.” A 3 mm flat-width difference can be noticeable.
Durex Real Feel and Sensual No Latex are current Czech-market examples of latex-free polyisoprene condoms at 56 mm standard width. Latex-free material can stretch and feel differently from natural-rubber latex.
The number remains useful for width comparison, but material should be checked before assuming two equal-width products will feel identical.
